When I took out a Fibre Stream contract a year ago there was no cancelation fee and I recently have to move from durban to jhb and I wanted to cancel my month to month contract with Fibre Stream and they are now saying to cancel the month to month contract I must pay R1999 which I feel is a breech of contract because I was never informed that the terms and conditions has changed
