I want to start by telling how bad service this internet service provider are give us, it's the worst I had ever experienced in my life, the people working there have no idea how to do there job the bull**** stories they are telling us as clients every day is not working for me anymore

About 3 weeks ago I have signed a form to upgrade my internet to a 50mb uncapped line, my sales persons name was damain

Until today I had no upgrade to my internet I had no feed back from fibrestream

I'm phoneing them every day and they just say it's going to take 24hours,but they are lying

So please tell them to do their job and help me
