It's almost two months now without the internet but they busy deducting money for the services I don't receive

It's almost two months now without the internet but they busy deducting money for the services I don't receive.i called,emailed and they not doing anything to fix i***** a month to month contract but when I tell them I want to cancel they say I have to pay R2000 before they can cancel it.what a day light *******
