Is fibre stream ****** or Not????????????????

I must say it is very unprofessional, and disappointing that fibrestream would just terminate their relationship with customers based on their relationship with infrastructure contractors in Soweto Elephant Eye without notifying us as customers ...they cancelled January service before month end even though they were fully paid for the service...the worst part is that i had already paid for February 2024 subscription before the cancellation happend...i have sent numerous emails asking fibre stream to transfer back February subscription money as they didn't render the service... everytime I follow up I receive same response from Rebecca da silver that she is awaiting fit a directive on the situation....can we get our money back PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .....this is day light ******* ...😡
