Internet problem after load shedding

Fibre stream can you please sort out your network issues, everytime after load shedding, I sit with 6 hours no internet, I'm situated in boksburg, since 4 am till now there's no internet but we paying for this service, your guys internet issues is worse than load shedding itself.
