INTERNET CONNECTIVITY DOWNTIME

We had no connectivity since Wednesday before 13pm, it's Sunday and still no connectivity to date I am yet to have someone to call me provide me with feedback. I have sent numerous feedback with no response my own calls to the call centre ends up just with stories and now speaking to Dean they can only get someone out to me tomorrow to resolve this issue. Totally shocking customer service.
