Horrible service- DON’T sign up with them!!!

The service is beyond poor. Customer service/ support is always unavailable. There’s always no internet connection. When you want to cancel they want you to pay hefty fees for cancellation (that aren’t even included in the contract) for a service they failed to provide. There’s is not a week that goes by without the internet acting up. I’ve been with 2 different service providers before them and I regret leaving them for this company. They rate the worst, have no regard for their customers at all.
