Horrible service

Pathetic service. They changed company and only informed with one email. Account was suspended. We have made payment, contacted them 6 times every time they transfer call and then put phone down. Terrible service. Last call held on for 15 minutes just for them to answer 17:01 to say that the accounts department have all gone home. You cannot speak to any manager. As none of them are available!
