Honestly Pathetic. DO NOT do business with them!

Never do business with this company. I am nearing the end of my contract and can not even get them to assist me with the cancellation of my contract. First I asked for 3 weeks in a row if they could just send me a copy of my contract but they can't even do that. First 2 weeks was same excuse: "Scanner is broken". And now they say they will send it and even call me after 10 mins to confirm that I have received it. But I don't receive any emails or calls back from them... Terrible...

As for canceling the contract I have sent emails to both Skyfi and Fibrestream but no response still. Seriously the worst company to have ever dealt with.

And this is not even including the terrible internet connection and support I've had to deal with over the 24 months that I've had the contract with them...
