Great service from Nathabiseng !

I actually didn't have a great start with Fibrestream( Vukela). However, with the recent complaint I had I found a very helpful lady, She took her time to explain the problem and how best I can have it resolved. She followed up with me to ensure that my service was reconnected. I am very grateful that she was the one to answer my call because her service was impeccable. Thank you so much Nathabiseng ! ( I hope I got her name right)
