I would like praise Thabang Gwala one of the service agents who assisted us with our very problematic air fibre. My husband and I put so much pressure on this agent who honestly advised the technicians were not available in the evening. Yet he took our concerns and ensured we were connected. Well done Champ for your resilience and holding the forte when the actual people who are supposed to assist us were not available. You deserve recognition and a reward.
