Good people need good support.

Fibrestream have improved and the support and frontline staff have been great (Especially people like Dean & Jessica and some of the other ladies I can not recall their names), Dean seams like someone that want to solve the problem. The sad point is the support they receive, they can only work with the info they get and are sometime let down by the technical issues (image how productive they would be if they did not have to alway get back to you). Keep up the good work, people like this are an asset to the companies they work for.
