Firbrestream the Pits - WebAfrica to the Rescue

Whilst I cannot add any more dissatisfaction to the hundreds of users that already posted about the Vumatel blackout with Fibrestream only to say I too was disconnected and could not get hold of fibrestream for answers. Luckily i read the article https://www.glitched.online/vumatel-terminates-relationship-with-fibrestream-isp/ and followed the editor and contacted WebAfrica - they initially told me that the line had to be released but when I explained that Vumatel would be aware of the switch - they jumped into action. I completed the 5 minute phone call with Nick after a short whatsapp chat at 17.30 on 22-06-2021 and by the time i arrived home @ 18.30 my line was up. A fantastic effort by WebAfrica. Unfortunately I had just paid Fibrestream - school fees I suppose
