Fibrestream -worst service under the sun same as Skyfi for selling internet accounts

My fibre service has been down since Friday 6Dec 2019 and is still down as I am writing this review. I was forced to move over to Fibrestream after Skyfi sold their book to Fibrestream. I did not receive the welcome email from Fibrestream. My account was suspended because the debit order was not activated. After EFT, I have been phoning Fibrestream and its either the phone gets dropped or am told the accounts section is dealing with a lot of calls because they had to suspend many clients from Skyfi. Fibrestream doesnt know what they are doing, worst service ever.
