Fibrestream worst service ever

Probably the worst service I have ever received. The worst.. App**** over 4 months ago, they still havent done any installation, cant cancel coz they want R1999 if I cancel, meaning I cant go for another BETTER service provider. They of course went ahead and debited my account without installation or connection. Whole of Festive season we had no Wi-Fi, kids were so bored.. 😡
