Fibrestream worse ISP, Stay far away

SkyFi was one of the best SP`s but when Fibrestream took over it has become one of the worse SP`s ever... They take up to 5 days to get back to you on email, phone when there is an issue never gets answered. If you think Telkom is bad try FibreStream. Bad customer service, bad accounts attitude and management are useless with complaints. Their prices are increasing when others are dropping prices in SA, that is *****ing in my eyes. Now after the bad service for the last year they are insisting I pay for the cancellation. I would do it with a smile just to get rid of them. Before even contacting them look at all the reviews here and on Hello Peter.
