Fibrestream - the worst ISP ever!!!!!!!!

Fibrestream is the most shocking ISP I have ever used.

In short:

1. We initially signed up with them when they where Skyfi two sites for me.

Some time into the contract their equipment failed - I argued that it is theirs so they must replace it. Fibrestream (or should I say Skyfi at the time) claimed, at the time, the hardware is mine, and that I must purchase the replacement it as it is my responsibility.

As a result: I paid. Service working... but wait...

2. Skifi then changed to Fibrestream, and during this period I cancelled one of my sites.

Now they want to "fetch" their equipment. Fibrestream were saying that the TOC says that the equipment is theirs. My signed contract for the services says no such thing.

When I questioned it - they claim that after ceding the contracts from Skifi that their new TOC's apply - which I never agreed or signed. As far as I know, the ceded contract terms apply not new ones unless I sign them.

TOC changed to say all hardware belongs to them???? After the first one has no such clause or leasing of hardware.

3. I then asked Fibrestream to instead move the equipment to my other site where the beam is faulty, and they refuse. Fibrestream stated that I have to return the equipment for my first property and purchase a replacement for the other property, which by they still claim that it remains their property. In short – they get the customer to pay in full for the hardware, but then claim it as theirs? I could understand if I was paying rent for the item and not the procurement of the equipment, but that is not the case. As a result, I have now cancelled all my services with this ridiculous Fibrestream ISP, and recommend that no one uses them. In all my life they have as an ISP given me the worst service ever, not to mention that they charge callouts regardless of the fault, even if it is their fault. I will never again, use Fibrestream by my own choice or recommend them. If you are using this ISP and have other options, run away from them, as fast as you can!!!!!
