Fibrestream taking money from a single mother trying to support her daughters

My daughter mistakenly gave me Fibrestream’s account number to deposit my daughters rent of R12000-00 few weeks ago. Fibrestream acknowledged that the money was received into their account but are refusing to give me back my money. I have been fighting for my money back from the end of January and when I asked to speak to the owner I was told that he is not taking calls. I am a single mother working in the Middle East trying to support my daughters in South Africa. After I threatened Fibrestream with an attorney, they suddenly closed my WiFi account and told me that I owe R2000 for the closure. They also have suddenly told me that I have an outstanding amount owing. It has been made clear in South Africa that if money is deposited into your account mistakenly, and it is found out, you have to give it back (NSFAS Case) so why won’t this company give me back my money. Taking something that is not yours is *****ing. This proves the integrity of such a company. Nothing short of wickedness. Wendy Knowler from East Coast Radio is helping fight my case.
