Fibrestream Sucks as ISP

I joined Fibrestream 7 months ago, and was very happy with their service until a month ago. I signed up for 20Mbps uncapped wireless, and up to February this year have received 20Mbps or slightly lower, which I know is normal. Then suddenly it dropped, on most days it runs between 1 Mbps and 5Mbps, on a good day I might reach 8Mbps. Numerous calls and emails and 3 weeks later I only get they tested their side and all is fine. Condescending support staff tell me to reboot my rooter, and time after time, email after email, even threatening exposing them on social media does not scare them into action. They are just too happy to take the money and you just have to deal and accept the bad service. This is disgusting, they should be ashamed... I would not recommend Fibrestream to anyone, stay as far away as possible. It really is not worth the money, time, energy or aggravation...
