Fibrestream sucks

STAY AWAY FROM FIBRESTREAM Whatever you do, stay away! They are the worst at providing even mediocre service, are horrible at providing feedback, make it impossible to cancel and then tell you you have line of sight when relocating when you don't, and then they reckon it's fair that you should wait 3 months for a reversal while they take it up with their directors. The past 2 years with them have been hell. They are great at making promises, but honestly, have no idea how to treat customers, or inanimate objects, for that matter. Once you sign-up with them, you are done for.

By the way: The majority of these Google reviews are done by Fibrestream employees and friends of theirs.

Folks, you have no idea how ************ and *********** these people are. And that combination, in any sphere of life, is deadly.

I've (as have we all, I'm sure) dealt with a lot of sub-par service providers in all sectors over the years, but these guys take the cake by a country mile. I beg you, stay away!
