Fibrestream service is very pathetic

I am very disappointed at Fibrestream. They are quick to deduct money from my account but I am not getting the service that I am paying for. It has been three days without internet. I depend on the internet to work, as I work from home. I logged a call with them, my ticket number is 23167. They have not responded to the call. I followed up with them, no solution. I send them a message, they do not respond. I call them, I stay for 30 minutes on the line, no response. Their service is pathetic.
