Fibrestream - Poor Customer Service

Non-existing support, no connectivity since yesterday and the only available contact number for their offices are offline. I am a loyal Client that pays my account without Fibrestrream having to phone and ask for it!!! NO COMMUNICATION SINCE YESTERDAY!!!!
