Fibrestream non responsive

Something is wrong with Fibrestream as no-one answers their phones, the calls gets disconnected after holding on for 45min. Facebook messenger contact keeps telling me to call them again. Emailed them but also no reply. Suspended my account after I have paid and emailed the POP. What is going on, Is Fibrestream going out of business?
