Fibrestream is THE worst ISP - stay away

I have requested a refund and cancellation of service via email on Monday 12 April. On 13 April I received a reply saying that I must complete the form and return it to them which I did the same day. I have sent numerous emails requesting feedback from 14 April and still no reply at the time on writing this review on 21 April. In the meantime no other ISP can be appointed until this is cancelled by Fibrestream. I am stuck in this mess without fibre. Fibrestream should not be in business as they show you incompetence at every level. I wish there was some way to make people aware of this so they don't waste their time and money on these clowns.
