FibreStream is the WORST ISP ever!!!!

Fibrestream is the absolute worst ISP!!!! For months now we have been dealing with an unstable network. The wifi is off more than it is ever on. Unfortunately our complex is bound to their service due to them owning the fibre infrastructure, this causes that we cannot choose or make use of any other fibre ISP’s. The support team arent ever able to rectify any issues and when you do complain often via their support line or Whatsapp comms they lock you out of your router. Complex owners BEWARE never make use of FibreStream in your complex. Its an absolute nightmare of an experience dealing with these guys. The service they provide is useless!
