Fibrestream is beyond pathetic

Fibrestream is beyond pathetic! Waited for months to be connected after paying and was told they don't have equipment.. Now that they do, WE HAVE INTERNET FOR TWO DAYS AND THEN THE REST NOTHING!!! Can we not have a different service provider in the Windmill Park area?! Vuma installed in Voslo and Spruitview and there has been no issues, I know this because I have to travel there whenever Fibredream fails. The rating for me is -5 stars.
