Fibrestream and Vuma not living up to their promises as Fibre Service Providers

The last time I had problems with a service provider, they were called Firestream. I opted for another company closer to me as I had nothing from this company. I then switched over to Skyfi in Meyersdal, and for a short season I was able to tolerate it.. They were taken over by Fibrestream... This is the worst company to deal with... Vuma is to blame for signing up companies that are not able to deliver on their promises. The public of South Africa are being ****** of their peace. Since May 2020, I have had the worst connection service ever. All they ever do is open tickets which avail to nothing and the problems of down time for days never get sorted out and the promises that the issue has also been reported to Vuma also never gets attended to. People need to check up on the quality of the business they are getting involved with Hellopeter, before signing away your peace of mind.

Vumatel is the company who issued Fibrestream with a licence to be a service provider on their behalf and it is necessary for them to revoke this license and remove them as such a Service Provider.

I have kept every email ever sent through from the days of Skyfi and Fibrestream.

I am irate that not only myself but many South Africans are being taken advantage of by such entities who collect our hard earned money and provide no service at all.

I call on Vuma to handle this matter with immediate effect to resolve not only my issue but that of many other end users who have similar complaints with Fibrestream.
