Fibre stream Definately NOT Recomended!! Stay away!!!
We installed wifi at our property in March 2020, since then the wifi is either off or the speed is very slow. We paid for 10mbps and most of the time you do not even get 1mbps. When you call to complain they say they have a problem where they rent where the main satellite is and the power is constantly off. Eventual after months of complaining they send out a technician yesterday 16/10/2020. now they want to charge us for a probe that cost R3000 after paying for all the equipment already that was not functioning at all!! This is the worst service I have ever received! People stay away from Fibre stream your Vodacom or MTN ****le is much better!!!

16 Oct 2020, 14:09And because we do not want to pay the R300 they suspended our service, Our equipment is under guarantee, but we need to pay more and this for a service that is not rendered!! We want all our payments from March to date back!!!
