I recently had an issue that my internet was intermitted and very slow and I hammered on Fiberstream support for quite a while but they assured me that the problem is being looked at and that the issue at the end of the day was due to an upstream provider for Fiberstream that dropped the ball, With the number of calls I made to support made me a nightmare of a customer I admit but still the support team handled me with respect and was helpful to the best of their abilities for a problem that was out of their control.

I have only experienced some minor downtime since switching to Fibersteam and most of the time the problem was sorted out quickly, a testament to the robustness of their infrastructure that is also reliable on their Upstream providers, this being said the issues that I have encountered were most of the time upstream issue that is out of Fibrestream's hands so kudos to the support team. This reliability is crucial for someone like me who relies heavily on a stable internet connection for work as I don't have any signal for mobile services where I am.
