Fantastic customer relations and service from Dean Wasley

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Dean Wasley! This is what customer service is supposed to be like everywhere! He would be a valuable employee to any company and I would request to speak to him every time. Knowing that he works at our ISP puts me at ease knowing that he will sort our anything that comes our way.
