Excellent service and teamwork

My thanks to the team of Kirshin Latchman, Shailen Latchman and Dillon Grow for keeping me in the loop during my issues experienced after a High Site upgrade that caused total internet loss. Despite being offline for a week, Shailen and Kirshin were kind enough to keep me in the informed and also arrange for a technician to be dispatched to my home to further assist.

Great service by a great team and wonderful to deal with such understanding and kind gentlemen.
