Down for 5 days and counting

Off since Wednesday and when you finally get ahold of someone in support they blame it on loadshedding or other power issues and "we have no further informationon this" or "we are waitingfor feedbackfrom the technician on site", latest excuse I got this morning was that the municipality electricity didn't switch over from the generator when the power came back on (after loadshedding) and now they are investigating further🤣🤣 *** man this is the same bull every month, I think they throttle/cap us and blame the "outage" on "electricity" reported 7 issues this month and the last reported we are off for 5 days and counting... pathetic.
