Don't use Fibrestream. Simple!

This is the worst company ever. I called them letting them know that the place I'm staying at will be demolished in 30 days and I wanted to know if I could relocate with my installation. They said they will get back to me on the same day. I kept calling and calling but no one helped me. Today is the day before the demolition, they say I need to pay R2000. All this time they failed to tell me that, now I'm forced to pay for something that is out of my control. The customer serve s**ks. Ironically, their email is ***, but there's no support whatsoever. They should change it to no-reply because that's what they are good at.
