Disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service, they are professional ******. I have about 20 days a month down town abd I have never get a credit to my accounts, I have 3 accounts with them and they do not care about their customers. I’ve requested for them to remove my debit order as I will do manual payments monthly for my businesses and they still debit my accounts and I still do the transfer to prevent getting cut off on the 1st of the month, they never pass my credits abd always have a story for everything when they have down time. The owner Michael and his wife’s swears at customers. I’ve tried to cancel but they have made very clear that they we sue me for the balance of the contract. Do not use Fibrestream as they have a big surprise coming their way. They have *****ed lots of my friends and have so many cases against them for *****. It is absolutely disgusting how they can charge for a full month yet they only give us 10 days of the month the their service works.
