Disgusting Service

I am a customer off fiberstream I have spoke with one off there agents with regards to the issue I'm having with regards to the wifi at home he advise me that he logged a ticket and will get back to me with regards to the issue it's Been a week now and no feedback they even closed my ticket which is really disappointing this is the worst service ever I just feel like having the services cancelled I will never recommend anyone use this service provider and the worst part is they agents promise you a call back and do call you back I am one disappointed customer especially with the service levels you guys provide
