Disappointed on customer service

Today just got the worst service ever I called for internet assistance and the lady on the other side had an attitude, she dropped the call on my ear and when I called back I was told I am number one on the que yet I was on hold for more than 10 minutes. I was approached with anger and I am filled with frustration. I wonder if the company gives it's staff proper training. She didn't even want to identify herself and I guess she is the only one on call, I am left without internet and filled with rage at this point! I wonder if this is how business is conducted. My call was mad at 09:18, date 01/02/2025 #ref Tsa002 when people seek employment I wonder if they invest themselves in what they do.
