DEFINITELY NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED

Service is non existent! First of all to get through to them telephonically is a nightmare most of the times, not to mention a Friday afternoon. After our business' router was struck out by lightening, we were told that we would have to wait between three to seven working days for re-installation. There seems to be no realization of how crucially important it is for a business to have internet connectivity and absolutely no attempt is made to look into possible solutions or improve on service delivery, Their approach is everything except "customer focused" and their service is everything but reliable as they claim on their website.
