The worse ISP in SA. I made a payment on the 28th of February 2023, and I still do not have any internet connection up until today. When I ask them to refund me as I still do not have any internet connection up until today I was informed of a no refund policy as if I ever got anything for making my first payment. Please stay away from Fiber Stream if you are looking for proper customer service.
