COMPLAINT

i am generally not happy with the service i get from this company. my internet always gets cut off, i call their support line almost every week or every after 3 days and they cant seem to help me, and i also dont know why they dont communicate with us as clients when they have system problems...they need to send emails or sms us to tell us if they have a down time....my internet is always going off and am honestly sick of it...this is not what i signed up for.
