Cancel fees

Really pathetic service! I'm on a month to month contract. I've already been debited for November (which I don't mind) I've called numerous times today and asked to cancel my connection as I've moved house! They eventually send me and email telling me I must pay R1999 in order to cancel?!?!? Who does that on a month to month?!?!? **************** if you ask me!!!!
