Brilliant service from Dean Wasley

I had the most amazing service from Dean Wasley. He went far beyond to help me fix my issue with my repeater for our fibre connection... He so kindly worked around all my errands and duties that needed to be completed. He was always so polite and kind and offered solutions in a very professional manner. Dean was able to explain things in the simplest and easiest way for anyone to understand, he was very patient when I didn't understand something and showed no signs of frustration with my thousand and one questions.
