********* Billing & Zero Support – Stay Away from FireStream

I cancelled my FireStream service in May 2025, yet they *******ly debited R599 from my account on 1 July 2025 — without consent, contract, or service.

This isn’t new. FireStream has a long history of ********* billing: • They suspended debit orders during lockdown, then suddenly deducted R2000 in January 2021 — with no warning or communication • I’ve been charged for months without service • They delayed my cancellation on purpose • And now, they’ve resumed unauthorized deductions

Their customer service is non-existent. If your internet is down, they ignore your emails, and there’s no number to call. You’re completely on your own — while they continue to exploit your bank account.

Do not trust FireStream. They are *********, unreachable, and financially reckless.
