Bad support service

Horrible tech support service. If you can get someone to pick up the support line to report your issue you will be lucky, then after reporting at 6PM expect NOTHING will be done until the next business day, when phoning in to get an update you get told that technicians are on site to fix the ever so lingering electrical problems at the tower (this happens weekly) so no update actually and never an ETA for a problem that happens weekly and never a straight answer if THIS willl be a permanent fix for the problem.
