Bad pathetic service

The service is pathetic I'm not getting the download and upload speeds I'm paying for the call center agents are of no help I had to call in no response from the emails I sent when you want to cancel you will be charged a cancelation fee . This company advised they have a team to help resolve problems but no team or office in durban please people do not trust this company at all . I'm paying R500k they not a si gle missed payment but get this bad service
