Avoid fibrestream

Useless company and agents, they have moved me over to mweb without my consent, I called in to do a release of fibre line but was told to pay R1999 up front for cancelation, my fibre setup was done by zoom fibre 2 years ago, and my previous service provider was acclerit, I'm only with fibrestream from July 2022, they have done no installation neither did they send any routers or equipment, they are only my fibre service provider, why must I pay R1999, it's month to month.
