@Fibrestream All hope was gone until Justin stepped in

3week outage numerous calls made and mails sent I started losing hope dealt with support and all I was being told was the issue will be escalated and then tickets closed without anything being done I was going to cancel 100% But then I got to deal with a Support Technician named Justin Fibrestreams saving grace well in my case atleast Id rate his service 5stars going the extra mile is an understatement he gave me all technical info on why the line was down and explained it to me so that i could understand also checked in on his own making sure everything was 100% I appreciate everything Justin done in my case as it was over and above what I was getting from the other people in support... Line is back up and Justin still checks in what a champ. Thank you Justin 5stars to you
