****** at Fibrestream

I am furious i made payment to their company in error not knowing that we had been moved to Mweb. The amount I paid was R380, on the 28.02.2024which I was assured I would get a refund and still nothing. Again on the 30.09.2004 I made a payment of R510 and again no refund. What can I do to get my money?
