Any ISP is better then Fibrestream

The network packages that they offer may look and sound great, but the service is a complete disappointment. the network speed is never the speed that is mentioned. By far the worst internet service provider, the internet is off as much as its on, goes off after raining and their excuse will be and always be "Technicians on site working on it", and won't regain connection after 2 days. Getting in contact with them is fine, but they will always come up with a ridiculous excuse, and when scheduling for a callout they don't show up because of the weather.
