An individual that can change the experience.
Wrote a review for FibreStream Broadband ISP, where I complained about the lack of service and the fact that I was down the entire weekend and the response of FibreStream & Openserve was a not care attitude, but when Kirshin Latchman took over my call, it was resolved with the expected service one expects. Only 4 stars due to the delay in the help, but Kirsh was brilliant.

08 Jun 2021, 13:23Here FibreStream deserves the accolade as they tirelessly continued escalating the issue and eventually OpenServe sent out a technician who knew what is going on and within 4 minutes, it was resolved.

25 Jun 2021, 18:12Just after this "Accolade", which at the time deserved, I lost connectivity, due to incompetence of OpenServe, and has been down since 08 June (actually 28 May with only a few hours of up time) and still down at time of writing this. It gives the word pathetic a new meaning - Now updates, not escalating to OpenServe, not refunding me for downtime, not doing anything productive to get me up, even closing calls. So I revoke this 4 star and replace with a 1 star!!!!
