Always disconnected

I am fed up with this company and their constant downtime. I pay for fibre each and every month but I am always disconnected. They don't even bother to inform us when there's a fibre break but too quick to send payment reminders. Pathetic service from a pathetic company, they should be charged with de*****ing their clients. ****ing *******s.
